Dairy Cows

"Well, when I was growing up, I had to help daddy with the--we had dairy cows. And he was a one-man farmer. And so, I was the youngest kid and I had to help him milk in the afternoon when I came home from school. And so that really displeased me because it interfered with, and at that time, and my growing up period, we had the Mikey Mouse Club was on at that time and then, later, the American Band Stand, you know. But anyway, you know it developed a strong relationship [for me] to environmental things: animals, livestock, which has continued to this day. "
